ACT: Moving Forward in 2026

Hello!

We’re excited to invite you to ACT: Moving Forward in 2026, a virtual gathering designed to help us enter the new year with openness, awareness, and intention. This event brings together a community of like-minded ACT practitioners to reflect, reconnect with values, and set meaningful committed actions for the year ahead.

We’ll begin with an extended guided grounding meditation, creating space to slow down, notice what’s present, and connect with what matters. Participants will then have a chance to share and reflect on their meditative experience in a supportive group setting.

From there, we’ll move into partner breakout discussions, where you’ll have the opportunity to identify your values for 2026 and explore the committed actions that align with them.

Whether you're looking to deepen your ACT practice, reconnect with your values, or simply start the year with intention, we’d love to have you join us.
